The book of the week: "Why women can not read maps and men never stop to ask?" (Allan Pease & Barabara)

This book was recommended to me by Antonio T. and I must say it was a pleasant and informative reading about the differences between men and women, diversity scientifically demonstrated by the spouses Pease with the intent to make people understand that this diversity must be accepted and therefore it must be known and understood. Small note negative: some concepts are repeated continuously in the various chapters in danger of boring the reader a bit.

Notes Cover

In this book you will discover among other things:
- Why men can not do more than one thing at a time
- Why women can not park in reverse
- Why men should never lie to women
- Why do women talk so much and so little men
- Why men offer solutions, but hate advice
- Why women despair of silence male
- Why do men want sex and women need

love that men and women think in different ways and thus have a different way of communicating is well known for some time, also the subject of an international bestseller as' Men are from. Mars, Women Are from Venus' John Gray, in which for the first time the awareness of diversity led to the overcoming of misunderstandings and conflicts. Now Allan & Barbara Pease are another step forward in communication between men and women and thus improve their relationships. "Different" does not mean being better or worse, it simply means having approaches, priorities, drives, behaviors uniform.
When a man goes to the toilet, it does so for a reason, and only one, the women use instead of living like bathing, sometimes two women will come to know and come out without great friends. A man of ability is not like a woman can not see the oil light flashing on the dashboard, but people now a dirty sock in a dark corner, and a woman will never understand why a man, when you lose, prefer to turn hours for the risk of being arrested for vagrancy instead of stopping to ask for information. Well, beyond the note that the reasoning mechanisms, and therefore the behaviors are different, there are very specific reasons that justify these differences: the spouses Pease drove more than four hundred thousand kilometers in three years and interviewed experts from around the world to provide. They collected the new findings in genetics and biology, have consulted psychologists and psychiatrists have studied the social changes over the millennia, anthropologists questioned, because once you understand fully the origins of the differences, it is easier to not only recognize and accept them, but managed in a more constructive and even appreciate them. Men want power, performance, success, women want relationships, stability and love. Get angry about this would be like swearing because it rains ... it is easier to take an umbrella and remedy to the problem?
Provocative and surprising, 'Why women can not read maps and men never stop to ask? ' manual is a really valuable to overcome the conflicts between men and women and develop a relationship peaceful and rewarding. But it is above all a hilarious read, and is also why the book was an immediate success: bestseller No 1 overall in Australia for more than six months, bestseller in France, England and Germany, has translated and published all over the world and has already sold over a million copies.
